Return Policy

Original Cyn Jewelry is dedicated to providing you jewelry of the highest quality. If you are not happy with your purchase of Original Cyn Jewelry you may return your item(s) for store credit.  There is a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee on any item returned for credit and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges must be made withing 14 days of original purchase. When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned/exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange.  All returns must be in the same condition as when shipped to you. Additional fees may be charged if time or expense is incurred to make your return saleable. They must be shipped via a traceable delivery service such as USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS or FedEx.  I suggest you insure any item(s) returned.

Custom and Special Orders are non-refundable.
